Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Proof of purchase or your order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving your order, subject to the return conditions below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
